Dr. Stephanie Caffin is a compassionate practitioner offering dedicated women’s health consults designed to support and empower women through every stage of life. While trained as a chiropractor, Dr. Steph leads workshops and one-on-one consults that explore the latest knowledge in women’s health, leaving clients feeling informed, empowered, and optimistic.
These sessions take an approach focused entirely on whole-person, lifestyle medicine which can include support with food and supplements, exercise, tracking and testing, nervous system regulation, stress management and environmental factors — all tailored to what’s most relevant and achievable for you.

A 3-part small-group workshop designed to support women from their late 30s - 70s with practical tools for thriving after menopause.
We’ll focus on the key areas that matter most with expert guidance and personalised support in a relaxed, intimate setting.

I was inspired to become a chiropractor after chiropractic care was part of my recovery from a bout of glandular fever at age 17. It opened up a world of understanding that overall health can be dramatically improved by caring for our body and nervous system. I have since dedicated my professional life to the chiropractic and holistic health cause, particularly in the areas of women’s health.
I take a whole-person approach to health and healing.
In our initial consult, we take a deep dive into your health history — looking beyond just the symptoms to understand the full picture. This includes your lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, environment, movement patterns, and any previous testing or relevant health information (e.g. blood tests and data from our questionnaire that we email to you). From there, we create a personalised plan together that’s focused on what can realistically shift your health in both the short and long term.
My approach draws on principles of lifestyle medicine and may include food and supplements, movement and exercise, nervous system regulation, stress management tools, tracking, and testing — all tailored to what’s most relevant and achievable for you.
Appointments are one-on-one and available either online or in-person at our Eltham clinic — whichever works best for you. Initial consults are 45-60 minutes and follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes depending on the complexity of your needs.

Dr Stephanie Caffin is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) and a Master of Chiropractic. She has since gone on and trained further in nutrition and women’s health.
Steph consults at Superwell, 3/672 Main Rd, Eltham VIC 3095, Superwell Eltham which offers a welcoming environment for every patient.
She is also running online consults via zoom.
